Represented UBC in major donor gift agreement dispute

Acted for the University of British Columbia and the Allard School of Law in a dispute with a lead donor concerning the scope of the donor’s Gift Agreement with the University.  We were successful on the arbitration and then defended against an application for leave to appeal the arbitration award.
