Defeated application to stay 60-day civil forfeiture trial

Counsel for the Director of Civil Forfeiture in an in rem action against property alleged to be proceeds of unlawful activity related to payment processing for a global fraud network. Successfully resisted an application to stay a 60 day trial on the basis of an alleged violation of the defendants right to silence under the US Constition.
