Compelled discovery answers concerning disputed funds transfer in civil forfeiture case

Acted for the Director of Civil Forfeiture in complex civil forfeiture proceedings. The Court considered document production and disclosure obligations in the context of extensive evidentiary records. We obtained an order compelling answers to examination for discovery questions relating to a transfer of funds carried out by the defendant’s lawyer.
